In this video you will see my process with trying new mixtures and consistencies. I did this amazing diptych with double dip technique. I added Vallejo polyurethane satin varnish into my white mixture and I failed two times. Then I pour some really thin black on the other colours, dip again and WAW… I love the effects that I got… As we say a lot of times, Third time’s a charm :)

TECHNIQUE: Double dip

COLOURS:
- Thinned down Amsterdam Oxide black
- Cadence dora metallics sapphire
- Amsterdam permanent blue violet
- Amsterdam greenish yellow
- Amsterdam olive green
- Golden permanent deep violet
- Pebeo iridescent violet blue
- Decoart 24K gold
- Amsterdam white and polyurethane satin varnish

PROCESS:
- Pour your base on canvas
- Make stripes with your colours
- Pres the second canvas/wood/tile on top
- Split them apart

MATERIAL:
- 6x8 inch MDF board
- Acrylic paints mixed with pouring medium
- Wooden skewer
- Palete knife
- Torch
